Digital Marketing Manager


We are searching for a highly-analytical and strategic Digital Marketing Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for aspects of our digital marketing department including Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing. Your central goal is to help grow our client’s brand’s influence locally and nationally while also increasing their brand loyalty and awareness with an emphasis on optimizing client sites.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in programmatic, SEM, SEO, Analytics, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Responsibilities:

  • Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices

  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Strong familiarization with Google analytics, Google Search Console
  • Experience with website optimization tools such as Yoast, SEMRush, SEO Moz
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
  • Coordinate with our digital marketing team to ensure our department is cutting edge
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our clients’ website traffic, brand perception, and ROAS
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience (2 - 5 years) in content marketing, content growth and SEO, SEM tactics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics certifications preferred
  • Passion for continuing education
  • Highly strategic and creative with excellent analytical abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
