Role

Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies using SEM, Affiliate, Paid Social, and Display traffic channels to drive brand awareness, revenue, and customer growth for Splendid and 7 For All Mankind digital flagship sites. Ideal candidate will be data driven and deliver strategies that drive growth in new customer acquisition and customer retention. He or she will work with agencies and internal partners to develop and implement strategies that increase revenue and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Sr. Director of Ecommerce and Sr. Manager of Ecommerce to design comprehensive e-commerce digital marketing strategies that increase new customer acquisition and retention, overall revenue, and enhance brand awareness

• Manage digital marketing agency relationship to drive performance marketing and organic search

• Optimize all marketing activity utilizing affiliate, partner programs, SEM, social media, youtube and display to ensure all marketing initiatives are on brand and revenue driving

• Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to develop and execute campaigns

• Own digital marketing calendars

• Develop and implement strategies to support key marketing initiatives and promotions

• Report and monitor budgets, targeting, timing and other elements of digital campaign planning

• Manage timelines and request for creative asset delivery

• Meet with Brand Marketing and Ecommerce to understand underlying business objectives

• Ensure best practices when building and QAing campaigns

• Work with CRM Manager on audience targets and strategies

• Work with agencies and internal partners to optimize campaigns to drive performance and learnings

• Have a keen interest in analytics to drive measurable results

• Work with agencies to provide reporting on campaigns & promotions as well as weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports

• Maintain an interest in digital trends and social platforms

Profile

• Bachelors Degree, preferable with emphasis in Digital, Business or Marketing

• 3-5 years of ecommerce experience

• 3-5 years of experience with digital channels: SEM, Affiliates, Paid Social, Display, YouTube

• Experience looking at reporting in tools such as Google Analytics or various in channel platform reports

• Experience with a consumer facing brand (ie: retail, beauty, hospitality, fitness, etc)

• Ability to thrive in growth driven environment

• Self Motivated

• Passion for apparel brands and changing fashion trends
