Real Estate Administrative Manager
We’re hiring a professional, highly-organized real estate office manager to supervise our administrative assistants and ensure our operations run smoothly. You’ll be responsible for assisting the owner with a range of tasks from managing remote staff to new project management, creating and implementing systems, and then overseeing those systems as well as some administrative duties. We are a company that buys real estate directly from property owners. A large part of the day to day in our company is managing the marketing we put out. We have a team of remote overseas virtual assistants who handle all of the repetitive tasks within the systems we create. We are always testing and implementing new systems as well as tweaking current systems. You will often be tasked with the end product and asked to research the various options and come back with recommendations. Upon discussion, you will then be tasked with implementation while maintaining very strong communication with the COO of inevitable obstacles as they come up. Seeing the results of the marketing you put in place is highly rewarding and will also be rewarded financially.

The role is for a person who is extremely strong technically with computers and programs, very detail-oriented, and assertive enough to oversee our remote staff, while also initiating and completing tasks/projects at lightning speed. - Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Very strong computer skills
- A bias for speed
