Remote Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative


· The handling of inbound and outbound calls

· Maintaining and documenting accurate records within the customer’s account with a one call resolution

· Conduct account research and general analysis in order to assist customers

· Interacting with customers in order to resolve outstanding account balances and assist with payment plan set-up

· Follow company and client policies and procedures which include scripts, properly verifying the customer and ensuring a high level of customer service on all calls

· Maintaining call control, including a high level of professionalism and ensuring quality assurance scores are at a proper level

· Navigating Client Systems

· Other related duties as assigned

Hours/Schedule: This is a full time/40 hour a week position

Work schedule will be Monday - Friday 11:00amEST - 7:30pmEST

High speed internet is required for this position. You must have the following internet requirements in your home:

High speed Internet speed test required: greater than 50 download and greater than 10 upload. Also, must have ethernet cable modem/router ready

2 week Training Class will require the following home equipment:

· Personal phone for conferencing into training

· Personal computer to use for first 2 weeks of training -This would apply to the initial training session only – test your personal computer below before applying – if these applications do not work your system will not be compatible for training

Position Requirements:

· Must have at least 1 year of experience on the phone customer service and this must be within the last 3 years

· Home Office must have a professional work environment away from ambient noise to perform job

· High speed internet connection required with Ethernet cord to company computer (speeds 75+ download & 10+ upload minimum, WiFi internet will not work with company equipment)

· Phone accessible for assistance

· High school diploma, GED or equivalent

· Strong grammatical and oral skills to communicate with consumers in a professional manner

· Strong work ethic and the ability to strive in a fast-paced work environment

· Ability to work independently from your home office space. Also, must be available through company email, online messenger and cell phone during all scheduled shifts.

· Must be a dependable, reliable, and courteous candidate as this position serves as the only point-of-contact for the client
