Brand & Social Engagement Lead

As a team of less than 10 people right now, you will be a founding team member of the Bobbie brand and play a critical role in building the consumer facing arm of the company: our social media channels, our influencer relationships, and our brand ambassadors. 



Don’t be fooled by our small team, we have big plans that include trailblazing a modern female-founded and led company to breakthrough the stagnant infant formula industry, and with a superior product to boot. 



About this role: 

We want someone to push the limits of creative marketing, set new benchmarks for our industry, and someone who is a right brain who can conceptualize and dream big and a left brain who can bring the data to measure the success of your big idea. You think in gifs, dream of viral TikToks, and you can build meaningful relationships with current moms across social media and spot the up and coming generation of bobbie babies in the making. You are ready to roll up your sleeves and join a fast-paced start-up where your work will directly impact the growth and success of the company. This is not a phone-it-in big agency job, you will be zooming regularly with the founders, building the company social strategy alongside the Head of Marketing, and implementing that strategy alongside the Head of Design and Creative Lead. You are hungry to grow your career with our business and build out a best in class social platform that ties together brand, growth, authenticity, purpose, and surprise and delight moments. 



In this role you will: 

  • Build and maintain all influencer relationships on behalf of the bobbie brand
  • Conduct outreach, brand briefings, contracts, oversee production, fact checking, and regulatory compliance for all UGC content 
  • Run the bobbie social channels on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook alongside the Head of Marketing and with the support of the Creative Director and Head of Design
  • Be comfortable creating quick assets in Canva with brand guidelines from Head of Design 
  • Find overlap between paid and earned opportunities for social media and how the two can work together in tandem
  • Run all UGC content for bobbie’s 5 star customers 
  • Report all influencer campaign success (or failure) metrics and advise on next steps
  • Scout out influencers and negotiate contracts and budgets 
  • Help build affiliate program for influencers 
  • Run online community roundtables and story telling sessions
  • Post COVID, help build out IRL events program for bobbie 
  • Passionate about shaking the stigma on formula 
  • Be ready to learn fast, roll up your sleeves, problem solve on the fly, and have fun while you’re at it
