What You Will Be Doing

  • Take the lead on customer onboarding
  • Effectively apply our products to our customer's business
  • Become a SME on our tech and domain and be the go to resource for our stakeholders
  • Conduct
  • Work with successful and satisfied customers to leverage those experiences into marketing opportunities and participate in our internal product discussions, to transform actionable insights into a more successful product and
  • Provide analysis of customer health score to achieve renewal targets and provide quarterly Business Reviews with our stakeholders

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelors degree or strong professional experience in providing software solutions
  • Approx. 4 years experience in Enterprise or Midmarket Software
  • Expertise in: Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Experience in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in fast paced environment
