As a customer support associate, you’ll be a critical part of the customer purchasing experience and have a flexible schedule to work around you!
Number of Roles
1+Multiple positions considered dependent on number of qualified candidates.
The customer support associate will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and responding to online chat inquiries regarding products, shipping/order/return status to customers.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for all, but not limited to the following:
-Answer incoming calls regarding product, shipping/order status
-Answer live chat sessions efficiently and precisely
-Recommend appropriate products when needed
-Work cohesively with in house customer service representative with order, shipping and return issues
-Experience discussing product/services with direct consumers
-Possess a general/working knowledge of shipping/order processing workflow
-Equestrians strongly preferred
-Internet and device access
-Friendly, positive attitude
