Novatech has an exciting opportunity for you as an MPS Help Desk Analyst!



Your Job



Provide A4/Printer remote technical support to customers.

Provide A4/Printer technical phone support to sales and service teams.

Serve as primary contact for all A4 customer related issues.

Ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved on all support calls.



You Bring To Novatech



1+ year of MPS Support experience (Field or Help Desk)

Excellent customer service skills

Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills

Ability to use the internet, including web browser, e-mail, and FTP

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/8/XP/Vista, Microsoft Office and other common PC programs

A+, N+ Certification preferred

Basic networking skills including working with TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS

$16-$20/hr starting pay with ability to advance
