Must Have



Windows 10. MAC OS X or better (Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave or Catalina)



Ticketing system



Troubleshooting Office 2013, 2016 and Office 365.



Remoting tools, such as Teamviewer Goto Assist, Bomgar, VNC, ETC.



Setup a network and local printer from a print server.



Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task



MOST important candidate should be a GOOD Listener



The shift is for 7am to 3pm on the weekdays and 10am to 6pm on the weekends. They maybe covering maybe a Sat or a Sunday.



Note: Please make sure that candidate is flexible with the work hours and can work anytime, nights, weekends and holiday and must work a 24hr on call rotation. Also would like to see the candidate be more technical savvy as well as having a good personality and customer service skill set.



I’m looking for a Level 1 Tech, with a pay rate of $16 -$18 hr.



I’m looking for someone who has helpdesk experience with technical ability and good customer service skills, like a tech from Best Buy or a college graduate who worked in an IT environment.



They need to know basic troubleshooting, Windows 10 and knows their way around the OS.



Need someone who worked with network printers, O365 (word, excel, PowerPoint, one drive and outlook) would like them to be strong with outlook if possible.



Knowledge of Active Directory, how to create accounts, password reset, unlock accounts and have knowledge of Domain’s.



Please make sure that candidate is flexible with the work hours and can work anytime, nights, weekends and holiday and can work a 24hr on call rotation. Also would like to see the candidate be more technical savvy as well as having a good personality and customer service.



To Support customer who call and place to tickets.



  • Customer Service: including customer-oriented telephone and email/chat abilities that respond quickly, competently and patiently to customer requests.

  • Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Be able to troubleshoot Office 2013, 2016 and Office 365.
  • Understand how to troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Understand how to setup OneDrive and be able to troubleshoot sync issues.
  • Have the basic concept of what needs to be in a ticket and be able to make short and concise notes, to allow 2nd Level Support pick up where you left off.
  • Understand how to setup a network and local printer from a print server.
  • Need to be flexible with schedule, be able to work weekends, holidays and be a part of a weekend on call rotation.
  • Have the ability to create, disable accounts in Active Directory and administrate within Office 365.
  • Be able to remote users system, using a remoting tools, such as Teamviewer Goto Assist, Bomgar, VNC, ETC.

  • Qualification



    Must have at least 3 or more years experience in the Helpdesk or Desktop Support with excellent communication skill, must have a high level customer service skill and know how to handle irate customers.



    Be able to multi-task at a high level.



    Must work able flexible to work day, nights, holidays, weekends and a 24 hr on call rotation on the weekend.



    A+ Certificate is recommend



    Network + is recommend

    Work Environment



    Fast pace and work with remote users in various environments. Total of 1500 calls and 3,000 ticket per month as team.



    Engagement Terms



  • Rate: $16-18/hr (Rates are subjected to experience/skills)
  • Interview mode: Telephonic
    • 6 months Contract to hire
  • Estimated start date: ASAP
    • Candidates need to start immediately within 1 weeks notice.
    • Locals always preferred.
    • Need A “Valid” Driver License, Valid Passport, or Birth Certificate
    • Need to clear Background & Drug Screen checks before starting.
