Social Media Marketing company seeking to add the next part-time virtual team member. Strong attention to detail, familiarity with social media, and graphics (canva) preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is confident, incredibly time-efficient, extremely detail-oriented, proficient using multiple social media channels, and has the motivation to learn and grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Job exclusivity (this would be the candidates only job)
  • This is a virtual position
  • Preferred Eastern Standard Time
  • Create and manage editorial calendars
  • Create social media content including graphics and hashtags in online platforms like Canva
  • Write and distribute blogs for various online platforms
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed stated objectives, and provide new solutions for clients
  • Create and streamline processes to improve efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality of client + business information
  • Provide direct administrative support to the owner of the company

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • High school diploma (Required)
  • Higher education in marketing or related field (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with graphic design experience (ie Canva) to create social media images (Required)
  • Social media marketing experience (Preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote team members
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities quickly
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized; effective time management skills are essential
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills; can build relationships with and manage a variety of personalities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with G Suite + social media platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in an independent and/or team environment
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Spanish language proficiency helpful, but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
