Remote Customer Service Representative (2nd Shift)

As a Roadside Customer Service Representative at Morley, you’ll use your excellent listening skills to help callers and serve as a calm and reassuring voice over the phone. Customers' safety and satisfaction are of paramount importance, and you'll help them by putting yourself in their shoes and advocating for them as necessary. Our ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver and will be confident at troubleshooting and investigating if there isn't enough information to resolve a caller's concern.

Important Notes

  • This role is currently remote, but the ability to work remotely may be subject to change based on business needs.
  • Candidates must be willing and able to attend on-site training at Morley's Saginaw, Michigan, office.
  • Candidates must reside in the state of Michigan.
  • Shift premiums (working hours within second or third shift) and a bump in pay are available for cross-skilled associates.

Skills for Success

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (Retail or food service experience is great!)
  • Ability to type 30 words per minute (take a free typing test)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
  • Ability to remain composed with frustrated customers who may be in stressful situations
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
