Our platform includes not only the infrastructure to deliver feature-rich voice, video, text and fax communications, but also, all operational and business support systems necessary for a reseller to experience rapid growth and profitability.



We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Learn our customer's business strategy in order to understand how data will be leveraged to provide the best possible solution
  • Be an expert on our service offerings
  • Inform and make recommendations regarding pricing
  • Identify opportunities to expand our offerings within customer's ecosystem (s)
  • Work cross-organizationally with multiple teams and individuals
  • Keep up-to-date on technical advancements within our industry

What You Need for this Position



At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success including a combination of:

  • VoIP
  • Hosted PBX
  • Surveillance
  • Virtual Fax
  • Hosted Call Center
  • Web Conferencing
  • UCCaaS
