Job Description



Health Information Management Systems is looking for an IT Help Desk specialist to join our team of IT experts. As a leading EHR software and IT company, we're seeking an individual who knows how to listen and provide unparalleled customer support, is passionate about all things IT-related, can prioritize tasks and troubleshoot like a pro.



Responsibilities Include

  • Customer Service Support
  • Hardware and software setup and installation
  • Respond to service requests
  • Handle service requests directly with the end-user
  • On-premise and Remote customer support
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues



Qualifications



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support services
  • Experience in at least 3 of the following areas:
    • Microsoft Windows
    • Microsoft Office
    • Basic Computer Network knowledge
    • VMWare/Hyper-V
