What you'll do:

LifeFuels is looking for a true storyteller - one who lives and breathes social media - to elevate our social media presence through bold, proactive, imaginative engagement strategies, all in the name of driving reputation and revenue for our company. The Social Media Manager will be an integral part of our marketing team and will be responsible for developing social media plans and then bring those plans to life. You will establish LifeFuels’s overall social media strategy to directly support brand and business goals and will develop social media campaigns and manage the distribution of content across LifeFuels’s social media platforms.   • Develop and implement a strategic social media plan that reflects our mission, including targeting and reaching multiple audiences and creating opportunities to drive consumers towards the path of purchase
  • Conceptualize, drive development, and provide direction on engaging content to publish
  • Oversee day-to-day social media and content strategy across LifeFuels’s social platforms and execute social media activities (tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, etc.)
  • Maintain social media editorial/content calendar
  • Develop engaging, on-trend & consistent campaigns to align with LifeFuels’s business objectives
  • Consistently research and identify trending topics to guide engagement efforts
  • Leverage intelligence/analytics tools to provide brand and consumer insights, progress reports, and dynamic strategies, while continually finding ways to improve metrics through testing and implementing new initiatives
  • Stay on top of social media trends and updates in order to bring in new ideas and keep brand awareness fresh


About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing and building social media strategy for product/CPG brand, executing on that strategy, and reporting results
  • Extensive experience of social media industry and trends across all major networks
  • Ability to track and report the impact of social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling platforms
  • Exceptional editorial writing skills and top-notch grammar proficiency
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Creativity and passion for creating responsive, interesting, and engaging content
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work at the intersection of multiple teams
  • Excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
