Looking to join an established and growing company with global presence in the speech
synthesis industry? ReadSpeaker, LLC is currently hiring a full-time entry-level programmer to work with our customers in our TTS (Text to Speech) licensing systems in our Foxboro, MA office. This is not a remote position.
In this position, you’d be serving our customers by answering product questions,
troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, generating and configuring license keys, and

Work hours: Full time, First Shift primarily, but may involve off-hours support/phone calls

● 1 - 3 years’ experience in any combination of the following programming languages:
● Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in the following platforms/programs:
○ Edge / Internet Explorer
● Excellent organization and communication (written and verbal) skills
● Self-starter / Self-directed learner
● Customer Service mindset
● Salesforce experience is a plus
● Ability to write/edit documentation for public and non-public viewers
● Must be eager to work hard, to learn many new skills, solve problems, and work
carefully in a fast-paced environment
