THE POSITION

Cylance is seeking a Consulting Director to team with internal and partner resources in the Central region to effectively cultivate customer relationships and drive new business in prospective accounts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead and manage a regional team of consultants
  • Lead and maintain service delivery quality and consistency
  • Manage all aspects of the business in your assigned territory
  • Develop relationships with key partners for growth of our products within their markets
  • Focus on account mapping with partner reps, forming an integrated account plan, and ultimately, optimizing revenue in accounts while exceeding forecasts
  • Lead sales presentations at end-user locations
  • Update and manage pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts
  • Respond and coordinate for all inbound leads
  • Maintain relationships and coordination assistance with Product Representatives and Consulting Services Directors
  • Establish and maintain Consulting Services partner relationships
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all customer relationships
  • Be the primary interface for all Consulting Services Sales promotions

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience building and managing technical teams, consultants and/or remote employees
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Solid understanding of endpoint, network and general security, as well as antivirus and anti-malware
  • Previous consulting experience is highly preferred
  • 5+ years of previous experience in security, consulting
  • Competency working in a highly-matrixed environment
  • High level of integrity and honesty
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship-building skills
  • Must have a passion for your work and an ability to apply that passion to both daily tasks and larger projects
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Takes initiative and approaches all tasks and projects proactively
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision
  • Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach
