Social Media and Content Assistant

The Social Media and Content Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the execution of the PES Enrollments content strategy by participating in calendar planning, as well as assigning, editing, and publishing a variety of content types. This role will assist the team from the brainstorming stage through to ensuring each piece of content is distributed across the proper channels.

As a part of this role, the Social Media and Content Assistant will also assist with the technology needs of the company, including supporting the maintenance of software programs and other systems.


Essential Functions:

·Write social media copy, as well as plan and implement social media content calendars

·Conduct research to come up with new ideas or find areas where we can improve current content

·Perform photo research as needed to ensure that all stories have compelling artwork that fits in with brand guidelines

·Work with the team on planning strategies to support more significant company initiatives, including creating content for the sales team

·Assist the IT team with company hardware and software systems


·Business Management or Marketing Student

·Experience developing and maintaining an editorial calendar

·Ability to hit deadlines consistently

·Working knowledge of at least all relevant social media management platforms

·Ability to choose artwork and edit images
