Client Project Coordinator

At Makerble our vision is a world where anyone can achieve anything. We provide technology products and consultancy services that enable people to understand their progress towards every goal that matters to them and their organisation.

We are a growing startup - with an ever maturing and exciting product with an expanding client base. But like most startups, we are going through growing pains. The majority of the work has been done by a small number of people, and we have found ourselves in need of a Client Project Coordinator to help with the day-to-day running of the company.

Reporting directly to both the CEO and the Customer Success Manager, the Client Project Coordinator will work closely with the team to help coordinate and manage various internal and external projects and engagements, while also assiting with general office administration.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Project Management / Implementation 

  • Assist the Customer Success Manager in implementing client programmes
  • Using Makerble to implement outcomes, goals, boards etc
  • Use Makerble to setup / onboard clients onto the system 
  • Training and enablement of clients
  • Creating jira tickets
  • Logging new Product requests
  • Logging bugs on Makerble 
  • Taking actions / minutes from client calls

Customer Success

  • Work with Customer Success Manager to develop launch campaign for Makerble 
  • Updating the client-facing user guide when new features are released and existing features are changed
  • Creating cheat sheets for clients
  • Being the first responder on our chat service (
  • Reviewing recordings of people’s usage of the platform (hotjar)
  • Liaising with clients to arrange dates, times and logistics for training sessions 
  • Liaising with clients to arrange dates, times and logistics for workshops

Research Project Management

  • Organising interviews and focus groups with respondents we provide
  • Booking venues and helping to organise workshops


  • Conducting client research ahead of sales meetings that the Sales team have
  • Conducting research on potential clients the Sales team could reach out to
  • Scope to become involved in sales meetings
  • Conducting competitor analysis


  • Scheduling tweets and other social media posts
  • Creating social media content in response to briefs from other colleagues
  • Responding to incoming tweets and other social media interactions
  • Researching potential tools, partners and influencers for marketing campaigns
  • Scope to take more ownership of marketing activities


  • Archiving and organising old files in our various online systems
  • Organising meetings between the Managing Partner and other parties
  • Project managing other internal projects that arise


  • Chasing up unpaid invoices from clients that need chasing
  • Generating invoices and sending them to clients
  • Reviewing the pros and cons of software tools we might purchase


  • Organising interviews and focus groups 
  • Helping build our community of testers who provide feedback on the product

This entry level role will initially be a 3-month post, because we’re a startup and don’t have guaranteed runway but this is extendable depending on how we do as a company and how this candidate performs. We invite applications from all walks of life, and look forward to speaking to you soon.
