Remote Customer Service Specialist


Job Duties:

  • Assist with offering an end-to-end exceptional customer experience to help ease any frustrations
  • Send order confirmations to customers
  • Coordinate order updates with internal team
  • Communicate with designers as needed to verify customer purchases
  • Follow up with customers to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and order information
  • Maintain a set work schedule while working remotely

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Available to work on weekends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Experience with slack or other remote work communications app
  • Experience with Google Spreadsheets
  • Interest in Interior design
  • Furniture retail industry background or preferred
  • Proficient with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Collaborator and able to work with different teams across the company
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Thrive in dynamic and fast-paced tech environment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekends

Experience:

  • furniture industry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • customer service : 1 year (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Language:

  • English, Spanish (Preferred)

Contract Length:

  • 5 - 6 months

  • Other duties as requested
