Client Services Coordinator


Title: Client Services Coordinator

Reports to: Manager of Consumer and SLP Sales

Major Objectives, Responsibilities and Tactics:

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for conducting tech checks, initial set-up of devices, obtaining clinical information, and providing a valuable, learning experience for customers in the SLP or Consumer Channel Pipeline. The Clinical Liaison may also contribute to the Sales Team by obtaining medical documentation and scheduling appointments for Lingraphica customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Initial set-up of communication devices via Zoom/Ring Central

· Provide basic technical support

· Customize devices

· Obtain clinical information

· Evaluate basic competencies (follow instructions, physical responses, patient needs)

· Document in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

· Support the Sales Team as indicated

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

· Maintain company standards for CRM procedures

· Assist other members of the sales team as indicated

· Collect and report on key metrics within the Sales Team

Skills & Competencies:

· Understand what it means to deliver a superior customer experience

· Strong phone skills

· Always maintain a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with customers

· The ability to identify the needs of customers and offer meaningful and timely information in response

· Proactively report trends and customer feedback, and recommend/implement creative solutions

· Strong communication skills with both external customers and internal departments

· Workload flexibility, open to change, and the ability to prioritize tasks

· Ability to work together with persons with disabilities

Education & Certifications:

· Bachelors/Associate Degree or some college coursework preferred

Required Experience:

· 1-3 years of customer service or related experience directly working customers on the phone

Preferred Experience:

· Proficiency with HubSpot, Microsoft Excel/Word, Zoom

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
