Sales Support Specialist


T1 Nexus was founded by successful Executives in the Optical Networking industry. We are a Silicon Valley based company with locations in Asia, which provide 3rd party optical transceivers and cables to enterprise and carrier customer in the US and around the globe. Transceivers are a vital part of the fiber optic network, and T1 Nexus serves a high growth segment of this $7B market. 

 

We are looking to hire a highly motivated Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be able to foster tight partnerships with operations, sales and manufacturing partners and have experience with a technical product, ideally in optical and/or network connectivity.

 

This position is remote (Eastern Time Zone preferred if remote) or based in our facility in Santa Clara, CA, walking distance to the VTA station and the Levi Stadium transit hub.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

·      Provide quote support and sales related communications directly with customers and suppliers, aligning with our customer focused high growth networking business. 

·      Assist sales team with producing quotes, providing support, collateral, and responding to customer requests.

·      Supplier Management: engage with our suppliers on delivery issues and pricing. 

·      Identify and drive the development and testing of compatibles for new equipment or market opportunities. 

·      Attending trade shows, vendors and customer meetings as required

·      Experience: You may have worked for a distributor of technical products previously.

 

This is a full-time position but part-time will be considered for the right individual
