About Role

We are looking for a creative and talented Copywriter to write impactful copy that brings Puzzle’s brand voice to life through various channels - website, ads and email marketing. This project requires a deep understanding of our ideal customer persona, competitive landscape and brand positioning. To date, there are very broad brand guidelines on tone of voice; your work will heavily guide the direction of Puzzle’s brand through written content. The right person for the role is quick and curious, capable of addressing a problem with many different approaches and then adapting based on what they discover.

What You’ll Do:

  • Write polished, engaging copy for our website
  • Author content for sales materials; case studies, presentations, proposals, and emails
  • Review, edit and proofread content and marketing materials
  • Brainstorm and develop relevant written content; blog posts, social media posts
  • Develop helpful, creative content that addresses the needs of our audience
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize high-level company/product narrative
  • Optimize content for search engines and lead generation


  • A strong passion for improving organization design
  • Understanding of the industry and our business' mission
  • Present a portfolio showcasing applicable projects
  • Ability to make complex marketing programs and products sound simple
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Any experience optimizing content marketing strategies and tactics is a plus
  • Experience with data-driven SEO/SEM analysis and optimization is a plus
  • 3+ years copywriting for B2B software companies
