Scripted’s platform supports the full content production process, from ideation, writing and editing, through to performance tracking.


The Opportunity: 

As a Customer Success Representative you’ll be responsible for overseeing and supporting our Agency accounts along with Self Serve Basic and Premium membership tier customers. Having strong communication and priority management skills will be essential for success in this position. You’ll respond and facilitate customer support communications, account cancelation requests, writer communications when needed, along with Customer Success initiatives. This is a salary plus commission-based position with a monthly target and individual performance incentives.



  • Consult current customers to better understand their marketing goals and needs
  • Conduct customer onboardings for new and existing customers / users
  • Handle account cancelation requests to gain customer / product  insights and feedback
  • Leverage strong product knowledge and best practices for upgrade and customer expansion opportunities
  • Weekly / Monthly analytics and reporting



  • 1+ years experience in B2B Customer Success (Digital Marketing Background a plus)
  • Strong Prioritization skills
  • Basic understanding of content marketing
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience with CRM and GSuite apps
  • Ability to work effectively with a team in remote office
  • All hires are required to pass a criminal background check
