Administrative Coordinator - Part time/Temporary

We’re looking for an administrative coordinator to support ACCESS end of year operations, administrative and fundraising goals.This is a part time (10-15 hours/week), temporary position running from November through December (80 hours max). Responsibilities include data entry, filing and archiving digital records, outreach support, and other tasks as assigned.
The How: As the Part-Time/Temp Administrative Coordinator, you will help ACCESS staff, particularly the Executive Director, meet end of year goals, including updating data in our Salesforce system in advance of our End of Year Fundraising Drive (the month of December), supporting Giving Tuesday and End of Year Giving campaigns, including providing acknowledgement letters to donors, drafting a comprehensive Operations Emergency Manual for the Organization, and beginning the process of organizing our Box files into a trackable system.
The Part-Time/Temp Administrative Coordinator will have a commitment to ACCESS's mission and values. To thrive in this role, the Admin Coordinator must be a clear and strong communicator and be incredibly organized. They should be able to multitask and be a self-starter. This person will be required to handle sensitive and confidential situations and will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. The ideal candidate for this role will have significant experience with Salesforce or other CRM software, as well as Box.
Here’s What Success Will Look Like:
- ACCESS Salesforce contacts are all updated by November 30, 2020 with recurring edits/updates throughout December 2020.
- ACCESS meets or exceeds Giving Tuesday and End of Year Campaign Goals because of the additional support provided by the Administrative Coordinator.
- ACCESS Box Files are organized in a clear system that has an explainer document to be shared with all Staff and Board + new employees and staff ACCESS brings on in the future.
- A skeleton/template of an Operations Emergency Manual exists for staff, consultants and Board to continue to add pertinent information to.
