We are looking for a customer service representative to assist new and existing patients who are in need of medical equipment. You will assist them in ordering, troubleshooting issues with equipment and ensuring that are patients are satisfied with our services!
We will train you regarding equipment, procedures and processes so that you can experience a successful career helping patients who are medically fragile obtain an optimal level of health.
We are looking for a college graduate who loves to talk on the phone but also utilize software to analyze data. We have a group of high achievers who work together as a team to support each other. This is a full time position that may require some flexibility of hours occasionally. Come join us!
Experience with CPR+ and Excel is a plus! Previous retail experience or account management experience helpful.
