Social Media Marketing Specialist

Are you looking for a fantastic social media contract role? Have you worked within a corporate environment to develop and maintain their social media presence? Have you managed paid media campaigns throughout their lifecycle? Have you driven a social employee advocacy platform? Do you have excellent copywriting skills and are you experienced in social strategy/optimization? You Will:

  • Drive content strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales
  • Create relevant content, blog, and drive community participation
  • Craft site promotions, email newsletters, online outreach campaigns, company intranet, photo, and video content
  • Develop and grow presence and reach across social platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Leverage analytics tools to provide reporting and insights, track and improve metrics, and influence testing and strategy
  • Work collaboratively with key team members, departments, clients, and vendors to build strong content to best communicate the brand story
  • Keep current with emerging digital media behavior, trends, and technologies within the client's industry

You Have:


  • 4 years of professional social media management experience in a corporate environment
  • 2 years’ experience of demonstrated success planning, developing, and executing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive B2B focused paid media strategies to exceed company goals for qualified lead generation, as well as articulate POVs on current and evolving channels
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experienced with social media management tools or employee advocacy platforms (i.e. Sprout Social and Bambu)
  • Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
  • A penchant for data and a key interest and ability to lead through data insights and deliver reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and KPIs
  • Analytical and multitasking skills


  • Duration: 6+ months (possibility to extend)
  • 40 hours per week
  • 100% remote
