We're looking for a Clinical Experience Advisor who will own the initial onboarding experience for new members starting on the Free Trial. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing members to Parsley, helping them get started on the Free Trial, explaining membership options, and answering basic questions. Clinical Experience Advisors ensure that all of our members are set up to receive exceptional care and support throughout their Parsley membership.



You're capable of quickly building rapport with others by listening to their stories and speaking their language. You stay calm and personable under pressure. People enjoy talking to you! You're ambitious and goal-oriented and are eager to contribute to the growth of Parsley's membership base.



Ultimately, your performance will be measured by the volume of prospects you speak with each week, the number of check-ins complete, as well as your success in converting them into paying members.



Role

  • Conduct 15-minute check-ins with new members to ensure a smooth onboarding into their Parsley membership
  • Deliver high-quality remote support via zoom and messaging, serving as one of the first contacts to any inbound questions from Parsley Health members
  • Work in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to document member touchpoints
  • Understand and confidently communicate Parsley's products and offerings
  • Facilitate handoffs with clinical and membership teams to ensure that our members receive the highest quality care
  • Uphold a high standard for customer service in all member interactions




Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer experience role (customer support, customer service, similar) within a fast-moving company
  • Highly refined communication skills across video and messaging platforms
  • Experience managing difficult customer situations a plus
  • A high level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for wellness and functional medicine and a positive, go-getter attitude
