A Better Opportunity:
- Our fast-growing marketing team is looking for a talented freelance copywriter to craft clear, compelling communications that keep homebuyers and homeowners engaged and informed. The mortgage process can be bewildering for customers; we need a strong writer to guide them through.
Responsibilities will include:
- Email marketing campaigns
- Data-driven copy iterations
- Interpreting industry news for a wide audience
- Copyediting and QA
- You have at least 2 years of relevant copywriting experience, including email marketing, content writing, or both.
- You’re familiar with the mortgage industry, have experience in fintech — or you’re a fast learner.
- You have a deep understanding of grammar and syntax, but you’re not afraid to break the rules to get your point across.
- You have empathy for your reader, and you understand how to drive action with words.
- You know your own speed, and you can manage expectations accordingly.
- You want to work with a team of fun, down to earth folks who take their work seriously, and themselves not so much.
