Digital Engagement Specialist - Remote or Local


This position can be remote.



Overall

  • Develop digital journeys that drive new user acquisition and deepen relationships with existing users.
  • Measure and communicate results on key performance indicators: Are we achieving targeted results along the key touch points in the designed journeys? Synthesize insights to create actionable recommendations to further drive results.
  • Through social media, email marketing, marketing automation, websites, online advertising and more, create year-round engagement opportunities with new and existing users.



User Engagement

  • Develop engagement strategies to create user stickiness and promote user retention
  • Analyze application workflow and determine optimal engagement points to effectively communicate with user
  • Optimize engagement channels--email, text, in-app notifications, content cards, video, etc. 
  • Develop digital content to strengthen existing relationships with users



Marketing Technology

  • Collaborate with product development team to implement marketing technology solutions
  • Maintain and ensure the marketing technology stack is operating effectively
  • Build customer profiles by aggregating data across web and mobile platforms
  • Product ownership of Google Analytics, GTM, Mixpanel, Segment, Iterable, Hubspot, Branch



Social Media

  • Create a road map of social media campaigns, paid and organic
  • Define goals and report on the performance of those goals 
  • Monitor social media performance; a/b test engagement; maximize ROI of campaigns
  • Work with content creators to develop digital content that align with company service lines and promotes user engagement. 



Website/Landing Pages

  • Manage/create website content
  • Optimize SEO and track performance and click through rates
  • Develop and optimize landing pages to drive adoption of new programs and to generate new leads. 
  • A/B test website and landing page content to maximize click-through rates, engagement, lead generation
