Creative Business Inc. is assisting one of our accomplished and creative clients in their search for a SOCIAL MEDIA/CONTENT MARKETING & OUTREACH MANAGER.

The Ideal Candidate
Working closely with the Administrative and Creative Teams, the Social Media/Content Marketing & Outreach Manager will be a hardworking self-starter and have the skills and experience necessary to organically develop imaginative and creative social media campaigns, blog content and marketing strategies. This candidate will be familiar with all social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn) as well as be able to edit video and create a content calendar.
·Manage the development of a content strategy for social media, website and blog that reflects the mission and brand.
·Help create and edit copy for press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and media materials for wide distribution.
·Monitor conversations and online activity across a variety of social networks and channels
·Assist in cultivating and maintaining online presence through regular updates, news posts and announcements related to studio activities and of former studio graduates.
·Expand the studio’s network of social media followers on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts through proactive outreach.
·Responsible for taking pictures and videos of studio events and classes as well as editing that content into promotable material.
·Track the growth and document impact of social media and overall marketing efforts using general analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
·Help build and maintain press kits and media lists.
·Post logos and organizational summaries to industry services related web sites and publications.
·Design flyers, e-vites and other marketing material for studio events.
·Collaborate with staff on new ideas, directions, and venues for marketing.
·Work closely with the Studio Manager to assist in the development of content for the Studio’s website and social media platforms.
·Manage and coordinate outside Marketing Vendors, including Venta Marketing, to manage Paid Social Campaigns, Landing Pages, and SEO.
·College degree, preferably in a related field (e.g., English, Marketing/Communications, or Public Relations)
·Must be proficient in using all social networking sites and have a working knowledge of platforms such as Hootsuite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Business
·Strong IT skills and experience working with Google Suites, MS Office, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Suite and most importantly Premiere *
·Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
·Hands on experience in Video Editing
·Excellent writing and communication skills
·Ability to work diligently with minimal supervision
· Some experience in research and analysis
· A general understanding and respect for the New York Theater World is a plus
